If you have recently registered on these forums and have not been able to get access to your account or to the Shire Only boards, you need to do a couple things:
1. Make sure you
activated your account. An email message was sent to the email you listed when you registered. If you missed your activation email, click on the link up there by the navigation buttons - on the left.
2. If you have clicked on the activation email link and still have not gotten an email -
check your junk mail box and your spam filters. The forums sent it, but if your filters incorrectly marked it and trashed it, it won't be of much use to you.
3. Once you have activated your account, if you want access to the Shire Only boards, you need to
email or PM me with your user name, your mundane name and whether or not you have been to three shire functions (like fighter practice or a business meeting). You can email me by click the
or PM me by clicking on the
-- both of which are over there by my avatar.
I have not received any member requests since the middle of January. If you have sent a PM or email, it did not go through and you will need to send it again!
